Consultancy, Architecture, and Design
Every design process is unique, and ‘Sanctuary’ step-by-step assists you to go through to the design process and through the number of steps that varies depending on the complexity of the project.
Wood Specialist
Our wood factory not only produces doors and cabinetry, but it’s a team of designers and engineers who are also proficient in creating custom-made furniture.
Lot Preparation
The effectiveness of the planning and preparation lead to the success of a project including the quality and time consumed in completing the project.
Construction
We work with engineering contractors to develop and implement methodology relevant to the level of strengthening required, and offer customised solutions to reduce time and cost. We have had experience managing earthquake / seismic strengthening, particularly here in Indonesia.
Occupation
During the final walk-through, we compile a ‘punch list’ of items that must be attended to before the job is considered complete.
Post Construction Services
It’s normal practice for us ‘Sanctuary’ to schedule follow up visits during the first year of homeownership to make necessary adjustments and let you know we are still here to perform emergency repairs.

Our construction management projects involve the on site management of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure delivery of your project right ‘on time’.
Warranty & Service
We’re not finished with your project until you are completely satisfied. To ensure your satisfaction, we administer a one-year warranty on your project. We ensure not only the quality of your experience, but also the functionality of your facility when construction is complete. At any point during the warranty period, simply contact us with any concern you may have with your facility.
